This year I decided to take part in the Herald Boardwalk Bridal Fair in June. I bought a stand at the last minute and had about two weeks to plan everything! It was crazy! And it was also the same week we decided to foster a little girl and found out we would be getting her in two weeks! Hahah! Anyway I really enjoyed planning and creating my stand- wanting to create an experience of my photography as you viewed my stall. I wanted large prints and fresh flowers and little personal touches that are characteristic of my style. We stamped, printed, spray painted and arranged flowers for hours, but I was really happy with the final result. I would never have been able to do it without the help of my family- wow! They were SUCH a help! The Bridal Fair itself was busy and fun- I ate loads of my own free sweets, printed about 1000 to many business cards and ended up with loads of really massive wedding prints (if only they were of my own wedding;) But overall it was a great experience where I met so many wonderful brides and networked with lots of great service providers.
